At the end of December it took place in Abades Nevada Palace Hotel**** “Opera and Traditional Spanish Operetta” lyric soirée inside the program “Feeling Miscellany”, a very interesting fusion between gastronomy, culture and art. Those who were present could enjoy a melon cream, puff-pastry stuffed with marinated salmon and wild asparagus, monkfish with romescu sauce, Iberian shoulder blade and a white chocolate drink with raspberries. Also there was a Granada’s Orpheum concert where we could listen to La Fille du Régiment & Don Pasquale; Puccini ‘s Madame Butterfly and Amadeos Vives’ Doña Francisquita and Bohemios.
