We have an exhaustive program based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) that guarantees our customers high-quality, healthy products. This system allows us to prevent possible problems and to respond quickly to unforeseen events.

In addition to complying with current regulations, at Grupo Abades we go a step further and offer our team the "Abades Cares for You" programme, which provides them with continuous occupational health and safety training to help them prevent injuries and take care of themselves.

We are concerned about the care and protection of the environment, so we work to make our daily activity as sustainable as possible: we monitor energy consumption and water use, optimise our products, manage waste — all in order to achieve a cleaner environment.

CARDIAC-PROTECTED AREAS

All our establishments are equipped with defibrillators and our staff has the appropriate training to attend to a person experiencing cardiac arrest during the first few minutes.

We work to achieve true equality of treatment and opportunities in our establishments. To this end, we have implemented a plan that includes various measures to promote hiring of women, equalise working conditions and prevent sexual harassment.

CORPORATIVE COMPLIANCE

We have a compliance programme for criminal prevention that allows us to identify risks and establish internal mechanisms for prevention, management, control and reactions to them, in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 5/2010 on the Reform of the Spanish Criminal Code.
