ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT HEALTH REGULATIONS

Within each centre, it develops all the documentation that supports the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Self-Control System, which has its own Sanitary Registry and is part of the HACCP System.

TRAINS EMPLOYEES

They are trained regarding good handling practices, food allergies and intolerances to avoid any incidents.

MONITORS AND ASSESSES THE SERVICE

Based on a large deployment of indicators that allows us to constantly monitor, detect and improve.

To detect the degree of fulfilment of their expectations and needs, and make it possible to better adapt to their wishes.

PERFORMS INTERNAL AUDITS AND IN-HOUSE INSPECTIONS

To verify that the management system is implemented correctly, kept up to date and follows the reference models.
